What the Service does

NightlyBasis models revenue, debt, and cost estimates for short-term rental properties and provides regulatory and comparable-property research. Modeled figures are estimates based on available data, not guarantees of actual performance. Regulatory research is informational and is not legal advice.

Your account

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate any third party’s rights.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that modeled figures, regulatory research, or comparable-property data are complete, current, or free of error. You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on before making a financial decision.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NightlyBasis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including investment or financial decisions made using it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
