What we collect

• Account information: email address and authentication details, stored via Supabase.
• Deal data: property addresses and figures you enter or that get modeled for deals you create.
• Billing information: handled directly by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer reference, never your card number.

How we use it

To operate the Service: running your underwriting requests, maintaining your account, and processing billing. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third parties

• Supabase: database and authentication.
• Stripe: billing and payment processing.
• Vercel: hosting.

Data retention

We retain account and deal data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
